Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons in Securities of Birlasoft, Birlasoft has informed that the trading window of the Company will be closed from January 1, 2023 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
