With reference to its letter no: CC/S&B/SD/2022/659 dated 28.12.2022 intimating about the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Central Board to be held on Tuesday, 03rd January, 2023 to consider raising of Infrastructure Bonds up to an amount of Rs 10,000 crores and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, State Bank Of India has informed that the Executive Committee of the Central Board of the Bank at its Meeting held today, 03.01.2023, accorded approval for raising Infrastructure Bonds during FY23 as under: ‘Raising Infrastructure Bonds up to an amount of Rs 10,000 crores through a public issue or private placement, during FY23.’ The Executive Committee of the Central Board Meeting commenced from 10.30 am and concluded on 01.45 pm.
