Date: 03-01-2023Ultratech Cement has informed that in terms of Regulation 39(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company has issued letter of confirmation to 12 shareholders, as per list given in Annexure 1 attached based on information received from the Company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent on 3rd January, 2023. For the remaining 13 shareholders, the duplicate procedure has been completed and upon completion of further requests, the letter of confirmation will be issued.
