Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, L&T Finance Holdings has informed the Exchanges that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on January 12, 2023 has approved the allotment of 16,15,073 equity shares to those option grantees who have exercised their options under the schemes of the Company (details attached). The said equity shares will rank with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and be entitled for dividend to be declared hereafter.
