Asian Paints Ltd.

In continuation to its letter nos. APL/SEC/32/2022-23/45 and APL/SEC/32/2022-23/54 dated 20th October, 2022 and 16th November, 2022, respectively, wherein it was informed that the Company would be setting up a manufacturing facility for Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion (VAE) and Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) in India. Now, Asian Paints has informed that a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, by the name of ‘Asian Paints (Polymers) Private Limited’ has been incorporated yesterday, 11th January, 2023, for the aforesaid purpose with an authorised share capital of Rs. 100 crores. The Company will make necessary disclosures on any material developments in this regard.
