Asian Paints has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Asian Paints (Polymers)’ on January 11, 2023.  The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary to set up manufacturing facility for Vinyl Acetate Ethylene Emulsion (VAE) and Vinyl Acetate Monomer (VAM) in India.

Asian Paints is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services. The Company's business segments are Paints and Home Improvement.
