In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mastek has informed that the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, which has been published in the newspapers, The Financial Express, Mumbai (English) and in Ahmedabad edition (Gujarati) and Mumbai Lakshadweep, Mumbai edition (Marathi) today, on January 18, 2023. This will also be hosted on the Company’s website at www.mastek.com.
