NTPC informs about board meeting intimation

In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015), NTPC has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at New Delhi on Saturday, 28th January, 2023, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months period ended December 31, 2022 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. Interim dividend on the equity share capital of the Company for the year 2022-23 may also be considered in the same Meeting of the Board of Directors. In terms of Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company, the Trading Window for transactions in the securities of the Company which was closed from January 1, 2023, shall remain closed until January 30, 2023.
