Further to its intimation dated January 10, 2023 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Latent View Analytics has informed that based on the recommendation of Audit Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 24, 2023 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Both Standalone and Consolidated) prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2022 together with Limited Review Report of the Auditor’s thereon. It has enclosed copy of the extract of the Financial Results and Press Release. The Board meeting commenced at 12:00 Noon and concluded at 02:00 pm.
