Sonata Software has informed at the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held today 24th January 2023, the Board has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2022. In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it has enclosed a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended, 31st December, 2022 together with the Limited Review Report from Statutory Auditors of the Company. A copy of the press release is also enclosed. The meeting commenced at 12:45 pm and concluded at 02:00 pm.
