Date: 30-01-2023In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) Ultratech Cement has informed that UltraTech Cement Middle East Investments, (UCMEIL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in UAE, has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement with Seven Seas Company LLC, Oman for acquisition of 70% equity shares in Duqm Cement Project International, LLC, Oman. Disclosure as required under the Listing Regulations is attached as per Annexure A.
