Aurionpro Solutions informs about notice of postal ballot

Aurionpro Solutions has informed that pursuant to section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') and other applicable provisions of the Act, read with rules framed thereunder and Regulation 44 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the Company has completed on 2nd February, 2023 the electronic dispatch of the postal ballot notice dated 24th January, 2023, to all the Members whose names appears in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on 27th January, 2023 (cut-off date). The Postal ballot notice has been uploaded on the website of the Company www.aurionpro.com. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') to provide remote e-voting facility to its members. The remote e-voting period commences on Saturday, 4th February, 2023 from 9.00 am (IST) and ends on Sunday, 5th March,2023 at 5.00 pm (IST). The results of the Postal Ballot will be declared on or before Tuesday, 7th March, 2023.
