ITC’s arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary in France
Date: 10-02-2023ITC’s wholly owned subsidiary -- ITC Infotech India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in France under the name of ‘ITC Infotech France SAS’ (ITC France) on February 8, 2023. Consequently, ITC France has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from February 8, 2023.
ITC has business a interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agribusiness, packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
