LTD. at a price of Rs. 10 each issued at a premium of Rs. 58.57 on preferential basis and calculated in accordance with Chapter VII 76(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
