Brahmanand Himghar incorporates wholly owned subsidiary company

Brahmanand Himghar has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company under the name approved by the Ministry Of Corporate Affairs to carry on the business of making investment and giving loans. The board of company at its meeting held on February 23, 2013 has approved for the same.

Brahmanand Himghar was initially engaged into investment related activities. In the year 1998, the company diversified into cold storage business by setting up a 14,000 metric ton Cold Storage for preservation of potatoes.
