Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Marico has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 27, 2023, to consider, a proposal for declaration of Interim Equity Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2022-23. In the event of the Interim Equity dividend being declared by the Board of Directors, the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations shall be March 8, 2023.
