NINtec Systems informs about migration of equity shares

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, NINtec Systems has informed that the Company has received the Final Listing Approval for the migration of Equity Shares of 'Nintec Systems’ from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board of BSE vide Notice No. 20230217-13 and NSE vide Letter No. NSE/LIST/ 38, dated 17th February 2023. The Equity Shares of the Company shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchanges, BSE and NSE with effect from Tuesday, 21st February 2023. The above-mentioned circular and Letter are enclosed for reference purposes.
