Fortis Healthcare allots equity shares under ESOP

Fortis Healthcare has informed that the human resources and remuneration committee of the company has, on February 25, 2013, allotted 3,900 equity shares of Rs.10 each, to the grantees, upon exercise of vested stock options, under the 'Employee Stock Option Plan 2007' of the company.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has gone upto Rs. 4,052,073,350 divided into 405,207,335 equity shares of Rs.10 each.
