Bhoruka Aluminium incorporates subsidiary company ‘Bhoruka Facades’

Bhoruka Aluminium has formed a subsidiary company namely ‘Bhoruka Facades’. The company has incorporated it as part of its restructuring process, the proposal of sale, transfer or otherwise dispose off the whole of the undertaking of the company or any part thereof pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, and as approved by the Members through Postal Ballot on January 01, 2013. The board of company at its meeting held on February 25, 2013 has approved for the same.

Bhoruka Aluminium is a major producer of structural extrusions for doors, windows, vents, shop fronts, louvres, rolling shutters, ladders, curtain walls, glazing, partitions, etc. The company excels in the manufacture of special extrusions for applications in water purifiers, small electric motors, computers, electronics equipment, modular racks, exibition stalls, moulded luggage, conservatories, sprinkler irrigation systems, etc.
