Fulford India fixes book closure
Date: 26-02-2013Fulford India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from May 01, 2013 to May 08, 2013 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on May 08, 2013.
The dividend shall be paid on or after June 01, 2013 subject to approval of members at the ensuing annual general meeting (AGM) of the company scheduled to be held on May 08, 2013.
