Vimal Oil & Foods acquires 31.20 lakh shares of Vimal Dairy for Rs 12.48 crore
Date: 27-02-2013Vimal Oil & Foods (VOFL) has invested in 31,20,000 equity shares of Vimal Dairy (VDL) aggregating to Rs 12.48 crore and thereby VDL has become 52% subsidiary of the company. The main objects of VDL are to carry on milk and milk products business.
Earlier, Vimal Oil & Foods had received the board’s approval on January 22, 2013 for investing in 31,20,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 30 in Vimal Dairy.
