ITC informs about incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary
Date: 04-03-2023Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that the Company has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in the name of 'ITC Fibre Innovations’ on 3rd March, 2023. The initial subscribed share capital of the said company would be Rs 1 lakh.
