ITC has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘ITC Fibre Innovations' on March 03, 2023. The initial subscribed share capital of the said company would be Rs 1 lakh.

Earlier, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- ITC Infotech India had incorporated wholly owned subsidiary in France under the name of ‘ITC Infotech France SAS’ (ITC France) on February 8, 2023. Consequently, ITC France has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company with effect from February 8, 2023.

ITC has business a interests in cigarettes, hotels, paperboards and specialty papers, packaging, agribusiness,  packaged foods and confectionery, information technology, branded apparel, personal care, stationery, safety matches and other FMCG products.
