The relevant details pertaining to the above, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is enclosed as Annexures A. The meeting was commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 2:10 pm.
