Date: 15-03-2023Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) wholly owned subsidiary -- Mahindra Bangladesh (MBPL) has been ceased to exist. MBPL had convened the final extra ordinary general meeting of its shareholders on March 14, 2023 and approved the final voluntary winding up of MBPL.
Hence, MBPL has been liquidated and has ceased to be in existence with effect from March 14, 2023. Pursuant to the above, MBPL has ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company with effect from March 14, 2023.
