Magellanic Cloud has acquired 70% stake in Scandron, a company incorporated under the laws of India. The company has acquired stake through Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) by way of cash consideration. Earlier in the same month, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Provigil Surveillance had secured an order to provide end-to-end implementation and management of E-surveillance of ATM sites in 8 geographical circles spread across India.
