Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and all other applicable provisions, if any, Persistent Systems has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Pune, to consider and approve the issuance of the requisite number of Equity Shares of the Company within the limits as approved by the members of the Company at the 31st Annual General Meeting held in July 2021 and at such consideration as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. The trading window has already been closed for the insiders/designated employees who are involved in the above activity in their respective roles. The trading window will open for them 48 hours after the conclusion of this Board Meeting.
