1.20 (0.29%) Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius has picked up 3.78 lakh shares amounting to 0.02% stake in telecom tower company Bharti Infratel in an open market transaction. The foreign fund house has purchased the shares from DB International (Asia) at an average price of Rs 191.90 per share valuing the deal size to Rs 7.25 crore.
Bharti Infratel is a provider of tower and related infrastructure. It is one of the largest tower infrastructure providers in India, based on the number of towers that Bharti Infratel owns and operates and the number of towers owned or operated by Indus, that are represented by Bharti Infratel’s 42% equity interest in Indus.
