Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) farm equipment division has launched two millionth tractor from the company’s Kandivali Plant in Mumbai, last week. The company’s Farm Division achieved the one million tractor milestone in 2004 and has surpassed this figure to reach the 2 million mark in a short span of eight years.

Mahindra is the largest tractor manufacturer in the world in terms of volume and has been the market leader in India for 29 years. Mahindra manufactures and sells tractor models from 15 HP to 90 HP across 40 plus countries and six continents. Mahindra’s Farm Division has manufacturing facilities across five locations in India and 10 locations outside India.
