In terms of the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information’ (‘Company’s code’) adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with amendments thereto, IRIS Business Services has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons’ including their immediate relatives and ‘Insiders’ as defined in the Company’s Code and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with effect from Saturday, April 01, 2023, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. The date of the Board meeting for consideration, approval, and declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
