With reference to its letter dated January 12, 2023, L&T Technology Services has informed that the Company has completed the acquisition of substantial portion of Smart World & Communication Business of Larsen & Toubro (L&T) on April 1, 2023, consequent to completion of conditions precedent as identified in the Business Transfer Agreement dated January 12, 2023 entered between the Company and L&T.
