63 moons technologies’ subsidiary -- M/s Ticker has raised an amount aggregating to Rs 40 crore through private placement of 3.33 crore equity shares at Rs 12 per share (i.e. equity share of face value Re1 each issued at a premium of Rs 11 per share). Subsequent to the above allotment by Ticker, the shareholding of 63 moons in Ticker stood at 75.42%.
