Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd.

Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Bank has on April 01, 2023 approved the allotment of 6,13,902 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme. The Bank is in the process of applying for listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs 1110,55,81,540 to Rs 1111,17,20,560. The new equity shares issued shall rank with the existing equity shares.
