In reference to earlier letter dated 10.03.2023 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NHPC has informed that Ministry of Power, Government of India vide order dated 06.04.2023 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority to extend the additional charge of the post of the Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC already entrusted to Rajeev Kumar Vishnoi, CMD, THDCIL (DIN: 08534217) for a period of 02 (Two) months with effective from 01.03.2023 or till a regular incumbent joins the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
