India Infoline allots equity shares under ESOS

India Infoline has informed that the compensation committee of the board of directors of the company by way of circular resolution dated March 06, 2013 allotted 5,01,000 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes. Upon allotment, the equity base of the company stand increased from 29,47,28,883 equity shares to 29,52,29,883 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
