In accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Maruti Suzuki India has informed that pursuant to the withdrawal of nomination by Suzuki Motor Corporation, Shigetoshi Torii has resigned from the post of Whole-time Director designated as Joint Managing Director (Production and Supply Chain) with effect from close of business hours of 26th April, 2023. He shall continue to be a Non-executive Director of the Company.
