SBI Life Insurance Company reports 16% rise in Q4 net profit

SBI Life Insurance Company reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.

SBI Life Insurance Company has reported 15.58% rise in its net profit at Rs 776.85 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 672.15 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Net premium income of the company increased by 14.13% at Rs 19896.92 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 17433.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, the company has reported 14.25% rise in its net profit at Rs 1720.57 crore as compared to Rs 1505.99 crore for the previous year. Net premium income of the company increased by 13.95% at Rs 66581.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 58432.29 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
