A copy of the said Financial Results, along with the Auditors' Reports thereon, submitted by the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, is enclosed. The said Auditors' Reports contain an unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results of the Bank (both, Consolidated and Standalone).
