Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Kotak Mahindra Bank has informed that the Board of Directors of Kotak Mahindra Bank at their meeting held today recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per Equity Share of the face value of Rs 5 each, out of the net profits for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Bank. The Board Meeting today commenced at 12:20 pm (IST) and consideration of the item on approval of Consolidated and Standalone Audited Financial Results, as stated above, concluded at 2:10 pm (IST). The proceedings of the Board Meeting are in progress at the time of filing of this disclosure.
