ITC informs about disclosure
Date: 03-05-2023Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 read with Circular No. NSDL/SG/015/99 dated 15th April, 1999 of National Securities Depository, ITC has informed about the details of the shares dematerialised by the Company during the month of April 2023 in the enclosed Annexure A. Further, it has confirmed that the share certificates in respect of the shares dematerialised have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in its records as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time. Further, the Company was not required to effect rematerialisation of shares during the month of April 2023.
