Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Websol Energy System has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today 5th May, 2023 had transacted the following business: approved the terms and conditions of credit facilities amounting to Rs 179.20 Crores to be obtained from Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency (IREDA). With the support of IREDA, the Company is expected to commence its first expansion by month of July-August, 2023 and took note of the resignation of Gopal Mohan Kedia as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 5th May, 2022. The board meeting commenced at 01.00 pm and concluded at 01:30 pm.
