Marico has informed that the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e., May 5, 2023, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of Marico for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2023 ('Financial Results'). The Financial Results and the Statutory Auditor's Reports thereon are enclosed. The Statutory Auditors have issued their Audit Reports on the Financial Results with an unmodified opinion. The Board meeting commenced at 11:00 am and subsequent to the approval of the above matters, will continue till its scheduled time up to 5:00 pm.
