Equitas Small Finance Bank reports 59% rise in Q4 net profit

Equitas Small Finance Bank has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2023.

The bank has reported 59.02% rise in its net profit at Rs 190.04 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 119.51 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 33.57% at Rs 1,394.42 crore for Q4FY23 as compared to Rs 1,043.98 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2023, the bank has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 573.59 crore as compared to Rs 280.73 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 20.87% at Rs 4,831.46 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3,997.23 crore for year ended March 31, 2022.
