Equitas Small Finance Bank informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP

Equitas Small Finance Bank has informed that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of Board of Directors of the Bank has on May 07, 2023 approved the allotment of 3,75,043 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the option grantees who have exercised their options granted under the ESOP Scheme. The Bank is in the process of applying for listing of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The paid-up share capital of the Bank accordingly increases from Rs 11111720560 to Rs.11115470990. The new equity shares allotted shall rank with the existing equity shares in all aspects.
