Carborundum Universal has informed that the board of Directors met today and approved the following: Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2023: The 69th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023. The Register of Members will be closed from Wednesday, 26th July 2023 to Wednesday, 2nd August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 69th Annual General Meeting and Final dividend; the Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs 2.00 (200%) per equity share (on a face value of Re 1) for the year ended 31st March 2023.
