In terms of Regulations 29 & 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation Of India  has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 19th May, 2023 to consider and approve amongst other items of Agenda, (i) the Audited Annual Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23 after these Results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and (ii) recommendation of final dividend for FY 2022-23, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. This is also informed that the Trading Window of the Company which has been closed from 31st March 2023 will remain closed till 21st May, 2023 and will open on 22nd May, 2023.
