Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the Listing Regulations, HDFC Bank has informed that its Registrar - Datamatics Business Solution have informed the Bank on May 15, 2023 regarding receipt of requests from shareholders, Rajesh Kumar Garodia & Rita Tandon with the details for issuance of duplicate share certificates. In accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, the company shall issue the Letter of Confirmation with probable date as May 31, 2023, provided no claim(s) in writing supported by the valid documents are received by the Bank / Registrar till May 30, 2023. The Letter of confirmation shall be dispatched by our Registrars, Datamatics Business Solution and the request shall be processed in accordance with the aforesaid Circular.
