With reference the clarification sought vide above cited reference and email dated May 18, 2023 in which, upon noting a significant increase in the Volume of securities of Tanla Platforms (Tanla), Tanla has been directed to provide with any information / announcement (including pending announcements), which in Tanla’s opinion may have a bearing on the Price / Volume behavior in the scrip, Tanla Platforms has confirmed that it is in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other than what it has already disclosed, there are no further material events which it need to disclose pursuant to the aforesaid regulation.
