Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Regulation’), Tata Motors has informed that based on Crisil Ratings vide its letter dated May 19, 2023 have upgraded the credit rating of the Company. In accordance with the Regulation, it has enclosed the details of the revision in rating of the Company.
