Wipro board resolves to issue and allot equity shares

Wipro has informed that Administrative Committee of the company’s board of directors at their meeting held over March 13, 2013 has resolved to issue and allot 57234 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004, Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2007.
